Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale form a binding agreement between you and BAGADI LLC, which operates the BuyLow store. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them.

BuyLow is operated by BAGADI LLC, with its operations in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

We may revise these Terms. The Effective Date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that governs that order.

BuyLow is a store in Abidjan selling goods from its own stock. You browse what we have, place an order, and collect it or have it delivered locally.

Everything on BuyLow is our own inventory, physically in our possession. We are the seller — we do not host third-party sellers, and we do not take orders for goods we do not already hold.

BuyLow serves Abidjan. We do not ship elsewhere in Côte d'Ivoire and we do not ship internationally.

BQuick, the cross-border shipping service, is a separate business also operated by BAGADI LLC, with its own terms. Buying on BuyLow neither requires nor affects the use of BQuick.

BuyLow uses the same customer account as BQuick, because both are operated by BAGADI LLC. Your sign-in details and profile are shared; your BuyLow order history stays within BuyLow.

Keep your contact details and delivery address accurate. Deliveries depend on them, and we cannot be responsible for an order delivered to an address you gave us in error.

Keep your password and one-time codes to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Placing an order is an offer to buy the goods at the price shown. You will see a summary of what you are ordering before you confirm it.

A contract is formed when we accept your order and reserve the goods for you. Until then no contract exists, and we may decline an order for any lawful reason.

We sell from stock we hold, but stock can be sold or found damaged between your order and our acceptance. If an item you ordered is unavailable we will tell you and will not charge you for it.

You may cancel an order at any time before it is handed over or dispatched for delivery, by contacting us. Anything you have already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in line with the Returns and Refunds section below.

All BuyLow prices and bills are in CFA francs (XOF). This is the only currency in which BuyLow sells.

The price displayed for an item is the price you pay for it. Any delivery charge is shown separately before you confirm the order.

If an item is displayed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will tell you the correct price and let you confirm or cancel the order before doing anything else.

A bill is prepared before it becomes payable. Once we confirm it, the amount is fixed and due.

Uploading proof of payment is our primary payment method. Where card or mobile money payment is offered, it is an additional convenience. Payments by proof of payment are recorded once verified.

You may pay a confirmed bill in as many instalments as you wish until it is settled. We may decline to hand over goods while an amount remains unpaid.

Refunds, corrections, and adjustments are reviewed and recorded by our team. The platform never issues a credit automatically, so if an amount looks wrong, contact us rather than wait for it to correct itself.

Pickup orders are held for you at our Abidjan store. We will tell you when your order is ready and how long we will hold it.

Delivery orders are delivered within Abidjan to the address on the order. Delivery times are estimates, and a delivery charge may apply depending on the destination.

We release goods to you or to a person you designate on the order. We may ask for identification before handing goods over.

Check your items at handover, in front of our staff or the delivery agent. Reporting a problem at that moment is far stronger evidence than reporting it later.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund it.

Items returned for any other reason must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. We may decline a return that does not meet this condition.

Contact us to arrange a return before sending anything back. Approved refunds are made by our team to the method you paid with, or by another method we agree with you.

Some goods cannot be returned once opened — items sealed for hygiene or safety reasons, and perishable goods. This does not affect your rights if such an item is faulty.

Our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right that the applicable law does not permit to be limited, including your rights in respect of faulty goods.

When using BuyLow, you must not:

• Place orders you do not intend to pay for or collect
• Use another person's account or payment details without their permission
• Submit false proof of payment or otherwise attempt to obtain goods without paying
• Interfere with the security or operation of the store, or attempt unauthorised access
• Resell our product images or listing content without our written permission

We may suspend or close an account used unlawfully, used to defraud us, or repeatedly in breach of these Terms.

Suspension does not cancel what you already owe, nor our obligations for orders we have already accepted.

How we handle your personal information is explained in the BuyLow Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections in force in Côte d'Ivoire, where the goods are sold and delivered.

Please contact us first — most problems are settled that way. Failing that, disputes fall to the competent courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
